Is Custom Design more expensive?
A Chrysella Crafted piece is high quality yet affordable. Our prices for a custom made piece begin at just $500.00 and are priced in proportion to complexity and difficulty as well as other factors. We will work with your budget to make sure you have your dream piece. No piece is too small or too large for us to take on!
Our prices are comparable to fine quality premade engagement rings you would typically find in most jewelry stores. The difference is that you can customize every detail thereby giving you the comfort of knowing that you get exactly what you want.
What if I need a Diamond or Colored Stone to go along with my design?
We have a large variety of GIA Diamonds as well as an array of Colored Gemstones that our experts can show you in person or online! Our GIA trained experts take pride in educating every client on what they are purchasing. Our clients walk away with a thorough understanding of the diamond or gemstone they are purchasing.
How long does it take?
From Start to finish, most of our custom crafted pieces take about 3-6 weeks to complete. If you’re in a rush, we will do our best to expedite your piece at no cost to you.
How do I know I’ll like it?
Our experts work with you every step of the way to make sure you love your Chrysella crafted piece. We offer the unique experience of showing you high quality 3D renders, sketches followed by a 3D printed model of your actual piece. You’ll be amazed at the detail!
Will you show me pictures or models?
Yes, we will show you high quality 3D renders as well as a wax or resin prototype of your piece to help you visualize every detail. You are allowed to make as many changes as you need until you deem the piece to be perfect.
Do you warranty your work?
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we make. We guarantee our craftsmanship and cover any structural defects you may experience with your custom made piece for the lifetime of your piece. In addition to this lifetime guarantee, every Chrysella Crafted piece also comes with our with a free insurance replacement appraisal.
Do you provide a jewelry box?
Yes. Every Chrysella Crafted piece of jewelry comes with a Chrysella Gift Box, tissue paper and gift bag.
Do you provide a jewelry insurance appraisal?
Of course. We provide a comprehensive insurance appraisal completed by a GIA Graduate Gemologist!
